A product review is best achieved using a Page rather than a Post.  Write your full length novel about the product including your affiliate links and publish as a Page.  This will remain as static content and is not archived.  To bring it to the attention of the search engines you can also publish a Post like this one with a link through to the Page.

A further advantage of the Static Page is that you can make references to it elsewhere and link to thereby promoting that individual page.  In addition, if there are developments in the product or service then you can edit the page and make further posts about the changes.    Maximum effect for minimum effort.
